What is the minimum kilometre for outstation cabs?
250 km per day. For shorter routes (e.g., Varanasi → Prayagraj 125 km), the 250 km minimum still applies for billing — but you can use the unused km elsewhere on the same day.
Are driver allowance and tolls included?
Driver allowance (₹350/day for tempo/innova, ₹500/day for Maharaja Urbania, ₹800/day for luxury bus), toll taxes, parking, and 5% GST are charged separately. The per-km rate covers only vehicle, fuel, AC, and base driver pay.
Can I book a one-way drop?
Yes — one-way outstation drops are available but pricing is roughly 1.5× the round-trip per-km because the empty return run is included. Confirmed routes with two-way demand (Varanasi-Prayagraj, Varanasi-Ayodhya) have lower one-way rates.
What documents does the driver carry?
All vehicles carry RC, insurance, fitness certificate, pollution-control, taxi-permit, and the driver's valid commercial driving licence. We email a copy of the booking voucher and the driver's photo+name 4 hours before pickup.
Can I extend the trip mid-route?
